Laura is a design and executive recruiting specialist and founder of Found By. Most recently, she led Design and Creative Recruiting at Airbnb, helping grow the design organization from fewer than 60 people to 600 in just over four years. Before Airbnb, she helped scale LinkedIn’s design team as a full-cycle recruiter. Throughout her career, Laura has hired exceptional talent, built high-performing recruiting teams, and developed thoughtful strategies that help growing companies become more effective and diverse.

Chloe Harlig

Before joining Found By, Chloe was a Senior Design Recruiter at Squarespace, where she helped scale the product design and creative teams from 15 to 250 people between its Series B and IPO, including executive and leadership hires. Previously, she helped establish the creative recruiting function at Droga5 and hired talent at all levels in a fast-growing agency environment. Chloe studied design and began her career as a designer before shifting her focus to talent. She is passionate about the intersection of design craft and recruiting.
